9. Contribution
By submitting an article to the present journal, the author(s) understands that the manuscripts have not already been published or which are being considered by other journals or which contributors are planning to submit to other journals while JAQM would be considering the same.

When an article is accepted the author will be required to complete a Copyright Assignment and to warrant that the article does not contain any material of an obscene or libellous nature or infringe any existing copyright.
